Jerry Springer, best known for his famous and entertaining talk show “The Jerry Springer Show”, has sadly passed away.
Springer lived quite an interesting life. He entered politics with an unsuccessful congressional race in 1970.
The next year he was elected to the Cincinnati Council the following year, but resigned in disgrace three years later because of a sex scandal.
Later, Spring started the infamous “The Jerry Springer Show” which ran between 1991 and 2018.
The show was well known for its profanity-prone guests who often had to be restrained by on-set security guards as audience members wildly cheered, “Jerry, Jerry, Jerry!”
A family spokesperson told TMZ that Springer was diagnosed with cancer only a few months ago and his health took a turn for the worse this week.
