Florida authorities have reported that a young teen girl took her Dad’s car without him knowing, and drove from Florida to Alabama with a friend.
The 12-year-old and her friend drove about seven hours to neighboring Alabama to possibly meet someone that they met online.
Unfortunately for them, when they got to Alabama, they were met with a surprise.
The family reported the girls missing and a Missing Child Alert was issued on Thursday, April 6, from Lake Butler, Florida, about an hour west of Jacksonville, Florida.
Their faces were pasted online and contacted law enforcement authorities to turn confess to heist.
Although it is still being investigated, it appears their car ride was provoked by wanting to meet a boy they met online.
