Man Hides In Pile of Laundry at Aunt’s House After Shooting Neighbors

Francisco Oropesa is accused of killing five of his neighbors after asking him to stop shooting his rifle in the middle of the night.

The incident took place near the town of Cut and Shoot, Texas near San Jacinto County.

Four other individuals were arrested for allegedly helping Oropesa.

Wilson Garcia, one of the victims’ family members, had requested that Oropesa cease firing his weapon due to an infant trying to sleep.

Garcia and his wife called the police five times throughout the night as Oropesa’s behavior became more threatening.

He was found hiding in a home not far from the site of the shooting at his aunts house, in a closet, and under a pile of laundry!

Oropesa was captured on Tuesday and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.
