Trump Hints He Expects to be Arrested Tuesday

On Saturday, former President Donald Trump declared his anticipation of being taken into custody next week.

The case he’s referring to is his involvement in the Manhattan District Attorney’s probe.

Trump also urged his supporters to protest as law enforcement officials in New York gear up for a potential indictment.

In a post on social media, Trump referred to himself as the “leading Republican candidate and former President of the United States.”

He claims he would be arrested on Tuesday of the upcoming week.

“Protest, take our nation back,” he wrote.

According to CNN’s John Miller, law enforcement officials from various levels of government have been holding meetings throughout the week in New York City to discuss preparations for a potential indictment of Donald Trump.

The investigation in question pertains to a hush money scheme involving adult film actress Stormy Daniels that has been ongoing for several years.
